We are a community-based advocacy, life-skills and support service for women.

Fields Enterprise Corporation is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County, Maryland. We specialize in providing self-help programs for women. A primary purpose is to help individuals using faith-based principles to help them to transform their lives.

Our services include, but are not limited to academic enrichment, advocacy, career counseling, cultural and self-awareness, domestic violence, etiquette training, HIV-AIDs Prevention, life skills training, mentoring, parenting and social networking. As social service providers, we assist in identifying educational and life skills disabilities and workforce interventions who have gotten off track or are at-risk reach their full potential through a systematic program. No Longer Needy has created a program that intensifies the inward communication capacity that brings to light the innovative ability to create things and to recover from debilitating life challenges.
